Thomas Tennant, creator of Cayman Peppa sauce, has expanded to ten flavors—six sold locally—and moved over 10,000 bottles in his first year.

Working closely with local farmers for fresh Scotch bonnets, he produces each batch by hand and draws inspiration from Caribbean flavors.

Focused on quality and unique taste, Thomas says he’d make hot sauce even if he won the lottery, driven by passion and growing demand.
