Cayman-based Bullish soars in historic NYSE debut after $1.1B IPO

Bullish, a digital-asset platform headquartered in the Cayman Islands, made a strong New York Stock Exchange debut, raising US$1.11 billion in the first-ever digital-asset SPAC IPO.

Shares opened at US$90, up 143% from the IPO price, giving the company a market value of about US$13.2 billion.
