NCFC Government Unveils $2.5B Two-year Budget

Government has revealed its spending plans for the next two years. Addressing Parliament Thursday morning Premier André Ebanks said the proposed $2.5 billion in spending is focused on creating a stronger, fairer Cayman. Finance Minister Rolston Anglin, delivering his maiden budget, promised transparency and accountability.
