Rosa Harris named CTO Director of the year

Director of Tourism, Rosa Harris, has been named Director of the Year by the Caribbean Tourism Organisation.

The honour was presented during the Women in Caribbean Tourism Awards, held this week in New York as part of CTO’s annual Caribbean Week.
