Today brought a milestone celebration for the Cayman Islands Cancer Society.
This year the society celebrated 30 years of existence, today marking the groundbreaking achievement of raising the roof for the CISC center of operations.

Cancer survivors celebrate life and each other
More than 150 cancer survivors gathered for an evening of celebration, hope and inspiration last week at an annual dinner organised by the Cayman Islands Cancer Society.
The event, at the Marriott Beach Resort on 4 June, had a ‘Night at the Hollywood Awards’ theme, where survivors were honoured with symbolic awards that recognised their strength, resilience and determination in the face of adversity.
Organisers described it as an evening “filled with laughter, tears and standing ovations”.
