CUC resubmits certificate of need

CEO of Caribbean Utilities Company, Richard Hew, says CUC has resubmitted its certificate of need to OfReg in order to expand the grid. Although the expansion is delayed by over a year, Mr Hew is looking at other possibilities for Cayman’s energy grid to maintain the current level of demand.
