Caymanian Employment Minister, Hon. Michael Myles says in October he will bring legislation forward to close the loopholes for businesses who exploit their staff.

Workforce officials are developing a new employer accreditation system designed to recognise compliant businesses and improve oversight of those with a history of immigration and employment violations.

Fuel wholesalers will get duty credit for all duty-paid gasoline and a diesel that remained in their tanks on Sunday, 31 May.
