Grand Cayman DVDL offices were closed for training the day before new driver’s and vehicle licensing fees are set to take effect. This left Saturday for residents to get any licensing or tests done before the fee changes.

Ten months after Hurricane Melissa devastated Black River, the community continues its recovery and rebuilding efforts. The fishing village was among the hardest-hit communities, with 185 mph winds and 16-foot storm surges destroying nine out of every 10 homes.
