Daybreak – 15 October 2026

Today on Daybreak, we’re raising awareness of metastatic breast cancer. We’re joined by Marion Slater, who is living with the disease, alongside representatives from the Breast Cancer Foundation and the Health Services Authority, to help increase awareness and understanding across our community.

From dancing as a little girl in Cayman to pursuing her dreams in the United States, we’ll meet our next Daybreak Rising Star, Maia Gordon-Pitta.

And for this week’s Throwback Thursday, we’re stepping back in time to explore the Clayton Nixon House and its place in Cayman’s history.
