Cayman Airways warns SpaceX launch may delay flight
The launch of this evening’s SpaceX rocket in Texas may delay a Cayman Airways flight from Miami to Grand Cayman, the airline has warned.
In a public service announcement issued Monday afternoon, 13 Oct., Cayman Airways advised customers that the planned SpaceX Starship Flight 11 launch from Boca Chica may temporarily affect one flight in the airline’s schedule.
Cayman Airways flight KX107 from Miami to Grand Cayman, which is scheduled to depart at 8:40pm Miami time, is the only CAL flight expected to be affected, “if at all”, the announcement from the airline stated.
